• Frame of independently rigid, canted design with mineral wool infill and single-seal, screwed aluminum corners. At the request of the customer, available completely disassembled or easily dismantled for alterations.
• Wall thickness 30 mm, double walls. High-quality Sendzimir galvanized cladding with integrated zinc spangles. Cladding thickness interior 0.75 mm, exterior 1.25 mm.
• Threaded connection for covering from the interior, and therefore smooth, visually appealing exterior shell.
• Environmentally-friendly mineral wool insulation, independently rigid, bulk density 50 kg/m³'5f.
• Seals made of silicon-free, weather-resistent materials.
• Service doors with resilient, coated aluminum hinges and ergonomic, solid lever locks. With single or double-shell inspection glass upon request.
• Door seals made of weather-resistant EPDM quality.
• Doors based on requirements opening against system pressure.
• Safety door in the ventilator area can be tilted out by means of hinges (as an alternative to straps).
• Coverings attached to the operating side by means of clips that can be easily detached from the exterior for visible mounting parts (heater, chiller, etc.).
• Feed flow and return flow from chillers in the area of the housing wall, insulated with Armaflex and sealed air-tight.
• Elastic support from permanently flexbile, no-shrink, air-tight and pressure-, tear- and rot-proof polyester fabric with circular sealing lip that guarantees the highest level of air-tightness.
• Acoustic damping curtains with smooth, easily-to-clean glass-fiber covering.
• Chiller tubs made of stainless steel (1.4301) with downward gradient.
• Drip separator made of stainless steel (1.4301), telescopic. (split for large cross sections)
• Cable for motor and lighting in the installation pipe. Approved, air-tight wall grommets for the cable. Repair switch in the metal housing for rate shifting operation, EMC compatibility.
• Crane eyes ensure easy transport upon delivery of the equipment parts. Lifting beam system not necessary.
